ES Tech 2025 Summer Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. How to Enter

• Every completed purchase on the Executive Support Media website between 1 and 31 August 2025 earns one entry into the prize draw.
• Multiple purchases = multiple entries. 

2. Prize Details

• 10 winners will each receive 1 free ticket to ES Tech 2025.
• Limit: one prize per customer.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Eligibility

• Open to anyone aged 18 or over, worldwide.
• Orders must be completed and paid in full before 31 August 2025 to qualify.
• Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible.
• Employees of Executive Support Media are not eligible to enter.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the email address used at checkout.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
• Winners will be announced on 3 September 2025 via email and Executive Support Media’s social media channels.

5. Transparency
