Vicki Faint has worked in the administrative profession for over 30 years. She is currently the Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive of Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand where she leads the University’s eight Senior Leader Executive Assistants. Vicki is also the Secretariat for the Senior Leadership Team of the University.
She is the recipient of the NZ 2007 Administrative Professional of the Year and is the former WA-Alliance Task Force Leader for the Global Skills Matrix report, former WA-Alliance Secretary, and Immediate Past National President of AdmiNZ.
Vicki is passionate about making a difference to the administrative professional career pathway and ensuring all administrative professionals have their voices heard. She believes that administrative professionals are at the core of driving and assisting organisational change with the rapidly evolving technology and the future direction of the workforce. Vicki wants the administrative profession to be viewed by all as a highly skilled and respected career, not only today but in the future.
