Cynthia Thomsen is the Executive Assistant to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. Cynthia has been with Microsoft for 30 years, serving as the EA to Nadella since 2003. Before that, Cynthia served in Microsoft’s marketing business, coordinating domestic and international business events.

Working in a dynamic and fluid environment, Cynthia’s focus spans managing relationships and engagements with key constituencies and optimizing the CEO’s daily and annual schedule for success. Cynthia’s passion is connecting to people – listening, engaging with and learning from others. She has a talent for cutting through the noise, thinking about the big picture, understanding individuals’ unique needs, and helping them feel welcome.
