Everywhere I look, something is happening.
All over the hotel there are speakers and attendees in huddles, swapping ideas, sharing stories, rehearsing, connecting. You can feel the anticipation building.
In two days, Executive Support LIVE begins. A year of planning, hundreds of moving parts, and now the pieces are coming together.
What always strikes me in these moments is the level of excellence assistants bring, not just to their work but to each other. The generosity. The openness. The willingness to share what they know so that someone else can rise a little higher.
When I started LIVE back in 2013, my promise was that it had to be as good as anything your executives attend. Because this profession deserves spaces that match its calibre. Watching it now, twelve years on, I know we have created more than a conference.
We have built a community that elevates.
Not just in skills, but in how we see ourselves, and how the world sees us.
Watching it unfold, I’m reminded that elevation isn’t something we talk about. It’s something we live.
This is more than a gathering. It’s a declaration of who we are becoming.
